Dalton has been a passionate IT enthusiast since 2008. Gravitating towards the Windows operating system and network infrastructure, he has developed a strong skill set in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of issues. He possesses a Certificate 4 in IT Networking and a Certificate 4 in IT Support (Helpdesk) which he combines with his honed customer service skills to achieve desirable outcomes for clients. 

Dalton has an interest in all things tech and enjoys building PCs, playing video games and expanding his knowledge base.
