2pi Software – our response to COVID-19

As our world adjusts to the COVID-19 virus and its impact on people, families and businesses we have taken steps to improve the safety and stability of our employees, clients and overall business.

As of the 17th of March 2020 our employees began working from home maintaining all normal business operations. As of the 22nd of March 2020, we temporarily closed CoWS in an effort to encourage the social distancing recommendations. CoWS will remain closed until it is safe for Bega Valley locals to resume normal business activities.

While many businesses in Australia have been negatively impacted, we do see this time as an opportunity for businesses to fast-track the online migration of their operations. Many businesses have delayed this transition but as we have seen recently, the time to make this move is now.

We have been actively helping many Bega Valley and Canberra clients migrate their in-house business operations to AWS Workspaces which helps businesses move their employees to remote operations much easier. This system allows employees to continue to collaborate and continue normal operations from anywhere.

Over the coming weeks, we will be publishing more details about AWS Workspaces and Online e-commerce business migrations that will help any business large and small endure the restricted movement demands required to contain this virus.
